Bonnaroo Volunteers

If you would like to volunteer with Clean Vibes at Bonnaroo and be a part of the Clean Vibes Team, you will be processed through the Clean Vibes Volunteer Database, not the Bonnaroo Festival C’roo Program.

If you apply to volunteer with Clean Vibes at Bonnaroo, DO NOT apply to volunteer through the Bonnaroo Festival C’Roo as well.

It’s one or the other!

You may have noticed that the Bonnaroo Festival C’roo Program no longer requires deposits but Clean Vibes requires deposits and application fees. This is because Clean Vibes is a company contracted by Bonnaroo to provide a valuable service to the event. If our volunteers do not fulfill their commitment to us, we have to use their deposit money to help cover the added costs we incur in having to hire labor to assist with the cleanup. Without the deposit, we have no way of being sure that our volunteers will fulfill their commitment, and the site has to be cleaned one way or the other!

That being said, we have worked very hard to make sure that our volunteer positions offer a unique opportunity to help with the festival waste diversion. Some of our positions require less hours than the C'Roo positions, while others allow you to only work after the event so you do not miss any music at all!

CLEAN VIBES WILL COLLECT BOTH THE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE AND DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. PLEASE SEE EVENT LISTINGS FOR DETAILS.

Application Fee (non-refundable):
During Show - $25
Post Show - $25 plus $15 shipping fee
Deposit (refundable with shift completion):
During and Post Show - $300

Please note that, for Clean Vibes volunteers, all steps in the volunteer process are handled by Clean Vibes, not the Bonnaroo Volunteer Program. Questions regarding the sign up process, deposits, shifts, and all other questions should be directed at Clean Vibes, not Bonnaroo.

Below are the positions available with Clean Vibes at The Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival.

Clean Vibes Volunteers will register and pay their deposits through the Clean Vibes Volunteer Database.
